Friday, August 4, 2023 was declared a Statutory Public holiday by  the Ministry of the Interior.  This special day has been set aside to celebrate and honour the Founding Fathers of our nation. 
















"Dr. Joseph Boakye Danquah, one of the founders of our nation, in 1928, some 95 years ago, described every Ghanaian as a ROYAL of the land of his or her birth, born to be Free to live Free" - President Akufo-Addo inspired hope at the Founders' Day Luncheon for Senior Citizens. 








The President, as part of the Founders' Day celebration, had  an engagement with Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings, Alan Kyeremanten and other esteemed guests, as they honour the 'Highlife Night' concert of the renowned musician, Pat Thomas.






'AKROBETO' alias 'Who Nose Tomorrow ', as patriotic as he is, wholeheartedly recited the National Pledge in style to pay tribute to the Founding Fathers of our nation. 🇬🇭

After spending the past few years living on campus, the idea of living independently was both exciting and a little daunting. UPDATE🔴: NLC ATTACKS CETAG ⚠️🔴

✍SIR_OJ  The National Labour Commission (NLC) has barred the Colleges of Education Teachers Association of Ghana (CETAG) from participating in its meetings until they call off their ongoing strike. The Executive Secretary of the NLC, Ofosu Asamoah, stated that the Commission will not entertain any concerns raised by CETAG leadership as long as the strike continues. The NLC has also taken legal action to obtain a court injunction against the CETAG strike. The Director of Human Resource at the Commission, Dr. Bernice Welbeck, emphasized that they will not listen to CETAG's representatives until the strike is called off. The Chief Executive Officer of the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission, Ben Arthur, has urged CETAG's leadership to end the strike and engage in dialogue with the government.
